I would like for the pagination of PDF files generated by ePublisher not to be affected by the number of DOC files used to generate the PDF.

== Detailed Description ==

I have a project with a number of DOC files. When I generate WWH output a PDF file for the project, a new page is started for each DOC file.

I would like to control the pagination based on the heading level. This would mean
that the contents of one doc to immediately follow the contents of the next doc without a page break. A page break would be introduced whenever the heading level was sufficiently high. For example, I would like to be able to specify that heading2 would trigger a page break just as the page break triggers a new page currently.
