= Cross reference rules: add attributes =

I would like to be able to assign HTML 'class' attributes to specific cross reference format, and I would like the option to disable the link but still generate the text.

== Detailed Description ==

For some cross references I would like a different appearance than defined by default style.  

In ePublisher, Target > Cross Reference Rules I would like to see two additional fields for each rule:

 1. Class -- assigns an CSS class name to the generated HTML, something like `<a class="" ...`

 1. Disable link -- Suppresses the HTML link but still generates the text.  For example, instead of `<a href="...">Some text</a>`, it would just generate `Some text`.
