WebWorks Help 5.0: A (lazy)user pointed out that it would nice to have the Related Topics window appear as you hover over the RT title.

Instead of clicking the Related Topics window to open and close it, is it possible to have more dynamic behaviour, ie that the window appears when you hover over the RT title at the bottom of the topic;
