== Issue ==
Customer no longer has access to target settings in ePublisher after installing

== Solution ==
 1. Navigate to the ePublisher Express installation directory. [Program Files]\!WebWorks\ePublisher\[version]\ePublisher Express\
 2. Locate a file called !WebWorks.ePublisherExpress.exe.config.
 3. Open the file in a text editor, such as NotePad.
 4. At the bottom, change the value of the "!AllowModifications" key from "false" to "true".
 5. Save and close the file.
 6. Restart the ePublisher Express application.
