= No License keys granted =

== Issue ==

Customer will have entered in the correct contract ID but no license keys are granted, even when dialog displays something like following message:

Granted 1 license keys.
Current license keys expire on 12/30/2009
Updated license keys will be retried on 12/15/2009
Contract never expires
}}}

== Solution ==

This can be resolved by the following:

 1. Go to the Help -> License Key dialog box
 2. Click "Unregister"
 3. Go to the Info window to confirm your Contract ID
 4. Click Update

Users can have an issue similar to this if they upgrade to Windows 7 after installing ePublisher. Following the steps above will also resolve that.
