Some users in areas such as China where the connectivity to the Google licensing server is limited will not be able to connect

== Potential Resolution ==

 1. Navigate to the following directory - C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
 2. Open up the hosts file in a text editor such as Notepad
 3. Add static IP information for webworks-license.appspot.com based on this link <<BR>> [[http://www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=webworks-license.appspot.com&type=&useresolver=8.8.4.4&ns=all&nameservers=]]

If this is still not effective, you may need to submit a support ticket to determine if we need to issue a non-network key.
