= Cannot Save as Stationery =

== Issue ==

Customer will try to make changes to a stationery will receive the following error message:
An error occured while saving as stationery. The directory is not empty.

== Solution ==

Go to the folder where the stationery is being saved. (The easiest way to do this is to go to View -> User Files and navigate to that folder) Right click on the file to bring up the properties, deselect the option of Read Only, then re-save the stationery
