Add Back and Forward buttons to WWHelp output
Summary
In addition to the default Next Page and Previous Page buttons that appear in WebWorks help by default, we require Back and Forward buttons so that users can jump from topic to topic and back again.
Detailed Description
In our WebWorks 5.0 output, we need Back and Forward buttons as well as the default Next Page and Previous Page buttons. These are analogous to browser Back and Forward buttons, but including them in the help will ensure that they are always available.
Use Cases
This change would be beneficial, for example, to users who might jump from a topic on page 95 to a related topic on page 200 but then want to return to page 95.
