Ability to assign styles to DITA elements <steps-unordered> and <choice>
Summary
Currently, some DITA elements in the task class, such as <steps-unordered> and <choice>, are assigned a List style. Since List is also used for elements in the topic class, such as bullets, this doesn't allow help authors to specify separate style formats to some task elements.
Detailed Description
When ePublisher creates WWH5.0 output for a DITA XML file that contains both <steps-uordered> and <li> elements, or <choice> and <li> elements, they both get formatted as "List." It's possible to edit default.wwconfig to correct this, but these elements should not be formatted the same way since <steps-unordered> and <choice> are used in procedures (@class attribute=task/steps-unordered and @class attribute=task/choices, respectively) and one is used for any unordered list (like a bulleted list, where @class attribute=topic/li). Users would expect to be able to format these differently.
Use Cases
To distinguish between task elements and unordered lists, a help author might assign both numbered steps (for basic procedures) and a custom bullet style for unnumbered steps (which don't require the user to follow a sequential procedure but simply to pick one step or to choose one option). For example, the DITA XML might look like this:
<steps-unordered type="steps-unordered" class="topic/ul task/steps-unordered">
<step>
<cmd>To gain weight, eat a brownie.</cmd>
</step>
</steps-unordered>
With the current default.wwconfig file, this can only be formatted as List along with any other list elements (e.g., a bullet), even though it's clearly an unordered (unnumbered) step and one should be able to format it different from a simple unordered list.
