Add automatic PDF generation and PDF access at the "Heading 1" level (one level below document)
Summary
We would like our help project to automatically generate PDFs of the Heading 1 topics, complete with subheading topics, instead of entire documents. Likewise, we would like the PDF button in the help system to open the PDF for the active Heading 1 topic instead of the active document. Is that possible? How?

So, the structure should be:
Document 1...PDF of Document 1 * Main Help Topic 1 (Heading 1)...PDF of Main Help Topic 1 * Main Help Topic 2 (Heading 1)...PDF of Main Help Topic 2 * Main Help Topic 3 (Heading 1)...PDF of Main Help Topic 3 (including HTA, HTB, SHTa, SHTb) ** Help Topic A (Heading 2) ** Help Topic B (Heading 2) *** Sub Help Topic a (Heading 3) *** Sub Help Topic b (Heading 3)
