Pass Thru Input Content Type in Projects

I'd like to be able to include files in a Project and have ePublisher include those files in the TOC and output, but ePub would not process/convert that content other than to gather the title to use for it in the TOC.
Detailed Description
I'd like to be able to include HTML files (1 example) in a Project and have ePublisher include those files in the TOC and output, but ePub would not process/convert that content other than to gather the title to use for it in the TOC. This way, I could include existing HTML files in a Web site or a CHM file and provide links to them in the Table of Contents.
This capability for adding/merging existing CHMs into a new CHM project would be very cool too, for customers who have some RoboHelp or other CHM files already existing and they would like to merge them into a combined CHM file with additional content.
Use Cases
Including existing HTML, XML, CHM, graphic files in a project and add a link in the TOC to each of those files.
