Automap needs a Scan All Documents command

Similar to ePublisher Pro, Automap needs a Scan All Documents command. Optionally it would be nice to have this as both manual and automatic operations.

Detailed Description

The current implementation (2010.2) has separate manual-scan commands for Conditions and Variables for the selected document/group/book only. In ePublisher Pro, you can choose Scan All Documents to open and read every file in every book/group, and it then updates the Conditions and Variables for the project.

Use Cases

This is especially useful for variables that have been added or changed after the Automap job was created, without having to update each book/group, and then manually rescan each group/book.

Note that when you have a single group that contains multiple Framemaker books, if one of the books contains conditions not defined in the stationary, you cannot get Automap to detect these conditions. No way at all. This is a problem when jobs need to set the condition different from what is in the source documents.
