Build New MoinMoin Desktop Wiki Option
Summary
It would be nice to have the option to create a new MoinMoin desktop wiki (instead of deploying to an already extant one) directly from ePublisher. This would support our desire to use MM Desktop Wiki as the distributed help system and make the life of the technical writer a little bit easier.
