I would like complete, step-by-step documentation to guide me through the process of creating a custom input format and a custom output format. This documentation should identify each file that needs to be created/modified and in what order. I would also like the supporting reference information about each XML file and the supporting functions provided by ePublisher. This information would expand the information provided during Round Up 2007.
