Cross reference rules: add attributes
Summary
I would like to be able to assign HTML 'class' attributes to specific cross reference format, and I would like the option to disable the link but still generate the text.
Detailed Description
For some cross references I would like a different appearance than defined by default style.
In ePublisher, Target > Cross Reference Rules I would like to see two additional fields for each rule:
Class -- assigns an CSS class name to the generated HTML, something like <a class="" ...
Disable link -- Suppresses the HTML link but still generates the text. For example, instead of <a href="...">Some text</a>, it would just generate Some text.
