I’d like to suggest you publish a hint for customers who get a “Cannot duplicate” error when they generate WebWorks Help.
If you’re using FrameMaker version 9, make sure that it is as up-to-date as possible by installing all available software updates.
For example, I had updated to p196 and got errors. When I installed updates to the most recent patch (p255 / FrameMaker 9.0.4), the errors ceased.
