<Nested/sub-groups groups to appear in the TOC>
Summary
In Reverb, when using merged help, it would be nice to have nested groups appear in the TOC also.
Detailed Description
Nested groups that appear in the Document Manager are for organizational purposes only. It would be useful to have them appear or affect the TOC layout by design.
Use Cases
With sub-groups appearing in the TOC it would make it possible not to have to create an extra level of paragraph style..
