Replace with latest content in deployment folder

Delete existing content and replace with latest content in deployment folder
Detailed Description
When I deploy my output to the remote folder, I see that there are many more files in this folder than in the actual output in the local folder. This is confusing and also means that at some stage I have to empty the remote output folder manually which defeats the benefit of the 'deploy' function. Can this be changed or is this already possible and I maybe I haven't found out how to do it? Ray
