Reverb - Start TOC Closed

I would like a project/target option to start Reverb with all TOC entries closed. Currently (2013.1) when the first entry in the TOC is a <div> (folder) and there is no splash page, Reverb selects and opens that first folder. The new option would load Reverb, select the first entry, but have all folders closed.
