Track Changes > Preview Final
Detailed Description
I looked through ePublisher documentation and I didn't see anything, but I'm hoping the feature exists. I use the Track Changes feature in FrameMaker, which uses a couple of hidden conditions - one for additions and another for deletions. There is an option in FrameMaker to "Preview Final" that hides the deletions and keeps the additions. Is there a way to turn that on in ePublisher? Since the conditions akin to "system conditions" rather than "user conditions" they are hidden in FrameMaker. They are not conditions the user can choose to show or hide and they are not passed through to ePublisher.
Of course, a workaround is to set my documents to "Preview Final" before generating, but I'm hoping to control it from ePublisher so I don't have to muck with my FM files.
Is there a way to set my Track Changes conditions to Preview Final? If not, will there be any development effort to add it?
I originally requested this feature 4/22/2010 with Framemaker 9. I'm now using FrameMaker 10 and this would be a great time saver for me.
