Use 'display:table' when Table Markup is disabled

Right now, for FrameMaker source files, the Emit Table Markup option seems to be disabled for tables. However, the default style doesn't format the table properly

Right now, for FrameMaker source files, the Emit Table Markup option seems to be disabled for tables. However, the default style doesn't format the table properly. I modified webworks.css for the table divs thus:
div.WebWorks_Table
{
display: table;
border-collapse: collapse;
}
div.WebWorks_Table_Row
{
display: table-row;
}
div.WebWorks_Table_Cell
{
display: table-cell;
}This shows up great in the browsers that support it, and it would be really helpful if something like this was the default.
