If these solutions do not provide helpful, you can submit a support request at the following webpage: http://webworks.com/Technical_Assistance/My_Cases/My_Cases_Login.shtml One thing that we usually require is a test case to reproduce the issue for the purposes of troubleshooting. When submitting your issue to the case system there should be an option to attach files. It is helpful to us for the customer to provide the following:
- small Sample project folder with master design project file (wep only, please, not an express project), any format overrides, and output
- the source documents for the sample project
- any log file that contains error messages
