Unable to start or uninstall Webworks product
Issue:
When trying to install ePublisher, the user has reported a System.Configuration.Configurationerrorsexception window appear on the screen
Solution:
This happens because .Net is not able to initialize properly. This is a system specific error that was able to be resolved, in this case, by completely uninstalling and reinstalling the .Net framework. You can find more information here:
