Viewing Compiled Help on a network
Issue
User is unable to view the topics in the right hand pane of the CHM viewer, but a page that reads: "The address is not valid."
Resolution
Support advises to view CHM file locally for testing or if it is necessary to view the help on a network, you can try the steps listed on the following page: http://www.helpscribble.com/chmnetwork.html
