Company Website Not Resolved in Output
If you enter a company URL in a project's Format Settings and enable it on your page style's options tab, then it should be included in the header and/or the footer of your topic pages. If you click the generated link and find that the browser is searching for a local file or a destination relative to the output page, then there is likely a simple fix.
The Company website field requires a prefix, such as http:// to correctly resolve the link. Without it, the link appears to reference a file called (for example) www.webworks.com, which is incorrect. Instead, enter the URL like: http://www.webworks.com
Then, regenerate your output to apply the change.
