Issues with Cross-References in Output
Issue
External links (links from one FM book to another) do not generate when producing merged Webworks Help 5.0 output using Automap.
Resolution
The problem arose due to a difference between the folder structure in my working directory and the Automap output directory. Customer reconfigured the Automap output to replicate the structure of my working directory and all worked fine.
