ISO character in Cross references breaking the generation
Issue
User getting the "Unable to create WIF" error in the log*
Solution
User can Save as MIF, open in FrameMaker, overwrite the FM file and then regenerate in ePublisher
- User can try to locate the cross-reference, possibilities of the error can be a \x0D or \x1A located within the cross-reference
