URL to download is invalid
When you purchase ePublisher products or request upgrades, you will receive an email containing the URL from which to download your ePublisher installation files. This link is only active for a week or two; it is changed often for security reasons. If you require a new installation file (for example, if you have reinstalled an operating system or you are moving your installation to a new computer), you may request the latest download URL by submitting a support request. We will verify your eligibility (you must have a valid ePublisher license for the requested version), and then we will gladly provide a new link to the necessary install files.
