License server connectivity
Issue
Some users in areas such as China where the connectivity to the Google licensing server is limited will not be able to connect
Potential Resolution
- Navigate to the following directory - C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
- Open up the hosts file in a text editor such as Notepad
Add static IP information for webworks-license.appspot.com based on this link

If this is still not effective, you may need to submit a support ticket to determine if we need to issue a non-network key.
