Compiler failing at generation
Issue
Customer is getting an issue with the HTML Help Compiler returning the following message upon generation: Instruction at ?????? referenced memory at???? . The memory could not be written.
Solution
The issue is from the encoding setting with the TOC. You will need to go into the Target Settings of the CHM format to go and set the proper locale setting as well as the proper encoding for that language.
