Enabling XML RPC on Confluence Server

Step by Step Guide for enabling XML RPC on Confluence Server

Resolution

Be advised this is using Confluence 4.0, instructions may vary:

First, browse to Confluence Admin

Then go to the General Configuration link at the left

Under Feature Settings you will see a checkbox for Remote API (XML-RPC & SOAP), make sure it is checked
