First line of help text changes color when moused over
The issue here is that during the HTML generation we add <a> tags for each style, and if you have a custom CSS file or applied an override to webworks.css be sure to keep a:link:hover property and do not use a:hover which both of them are valid CSS however, FireFox supports this and Internet Explorer doesnt and this might have an effect on each text color being changed when its hovered over.
