Cannot Save as Stationery
Issue
Customer will try to make changes to a stationery will receive the following error message: An error occured while saving as stationery. The directory is not empty.
Solution
Go to the folder where the stationery is being saved. (The easiest way to do this is to go to View -> User Files and navigate to that folder) Right click on the file to bring up the properties, deselect the option of Read Only, then re-save the stationery
