The keys are now generated automatically based on your contract ID, if you do not have a contract ID, please refer to Customer Service to obtain one. You will follow the same procedure as you would with normal keys, however sometimes issues can occur due to server connectivity. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue:
- Perform a manual "Update", be sure to click Unregister just in case there is any old license info that needs to be refreshed.
Check server access: https://webworks-license.appspot.com/alive
- Ask your IT group if you run behind a proxy server or Internet firewall which would disable Internet access to application not on the approved list.
